Nick Silva is a San Francisco born and raised, Brooklyn based artist and photographer. He is an alum of Pratt Institute, where he received his B.F.A. in Photography with a minor in Art History, and an alum of The Oxbow School. Their work often explores themes of sexuality, gender, sex, home, and belonging. They work primarily in photography, but their practice also includes bookmaking, printmaking, sculpture, installation, and olfactory art.
He also is a co-founder and co-editor in chief alongside Michaela Cusin at Docha, an independent press based out of Brooklyn, NY.
